Present…

…stay here and run the ranch with Will, but that had never really been her dream. She longed to do something that would change the world. Change someone’s present circumstances more than giving them well feed beef.

As Sarah pulled into the bank and gazed up at its window reflecting back the building next to it, she sighed. This job made her sick. Here she was trying to sell credit to people who had no business taking it. Here she was hurting more people in the long run than she was helping them.

“I want to help people!” she thought.

Sarah walked across the polished floor to knock on her manager’s door. “Come in,” said the chipper voice.

    Pioneercynthia, because of a comment on my first one several months ago, I’m kinda making them a straight story line. Sort of a very rough first draft. I’m really enjoying it because doing it this way is taking a lot of pressure off : )
    Words Escape, please use the idea! It’s really helping me to get back to writing fiction and because of it, I’m on the 3rd draft of a children’s book, too.
