Daily Quiet Time: 15 Minutes Alone with God, Week 6

Aug 12, 2012

Hi Friends,

Wow! After this week we’ll be halfway through this study. This time has gone by fast! In the last six weeks, we have waited (some more) and prayed about where to go next. Now we have our answer, so, hopefully, in the next six weeks we’ll move and get settled.

I’ve found Emilie’s comments this week challenging, and I look forward to see what the next week holds. Like some of you have mentioned, I’ve be particularly blessed by some of the verses in our readings. The one that is the most helpful to me right now is, “My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in Christ Jesus” (Phil. 4:19, ESV). That one is really good for me to remember as we pack up for the third time this year. What verses have meant the most to you this week?

Today, I’m sitting here in the afternoon on the first cooler day in a while with my hot tea. Please join me as we open our study together and learn more about God’s word.
Have a great week!
